Per azienda leader nel settore della trasformazione digitale e dei servizi IT rivolti al mondo enterprise, siamo alla ricerca di una figura come Head of Network Team che unisca visione tecnologica e leadership manageriale per guidare un team di circa 50 specialisti e assicurare la delivery di soluzioni di rete e sicurezza di classe enterprise, data-center e accesso.Responsabilità principali:Adottare modelli SASE / ZTNA e revire il sistema di monitoraggio.Guidare e far crescere un team multidisciplinare di circa 50 risorse, garantendo obiettivi, performance e sviluppo professionale.Coordinare le attività operative del team e garantire la qualità delle soluzioni di rete e sicurezza.Collaborare con i partner aziendali per implementare strategie di networking avanzate.Gestire la pianificazione delle risorse, le scadenze e il bilancio del progetto.Competenze richiesteCapacità di gestione e coordinamento di un team numeroso, con particolare attenzione al rispetto delle scadenze.Orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati prefissati.Elevata capacità di problem solving e decision making rapido.Conoscenza approfondita delle tecnologie di rete, sicurezza e data-center.Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e team distribuiti.Capacità di comunicare efficacemente con stakeholder tecnico e manageriale.Purtroppo, le candidature dall'estero per questa offerta non possono essere prese in considerazione.Adecco Italia - Italia, Emilia-Romagna, BolognaL'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ******** e della PdR ********.#J-*****-Ljbffr
