Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Brand Communication & Media SpecialistAbout FrankeWe, the Franke company with its three divisions, are a worldly leading supplier of products and services for domestic kitchens, the professional foodservice systems and the convenience store sector as well as for professional coffee making.With around 60 companies, we are at home on five continents.Over 8,000 employees constantly take on new perspectives to identify opportunities and turn them into inspiring, innovative solutions for tomorrow's demands.The Franke Home Solutions division is the world's leading provider of smart systems for domestic kitchens.Drawing on a long history of reliability and expertise, we help our partners enhance their businesses and provide outstanding kitchen and cooking experiences to our consumers by offering complete solutions for food preparation and cooking.About the jobThe Brand Communication & Media Specialist will coordinate and support the implementation of the communication and media strategy across the key markets.It requires to understand the market needs from a consumer and customer perspective, working with the other members of the Central Marketing team to ensure that centrally developed communication assets fit to our local market activation needs.This role will be based in Italy (Peschiera del Garda - VR or Fabriano - AN), and report to the Head of Brand & Advertising.Cooperate closely with the Central Advertising and Communication team to develop and execute the communication strategy, with focus on media planning, Media KPIs definition and monitoring.Coordinate the selected media partner agency, including managing and optimizing the assigned marketing budget;Act as a Brand Ambassador, building and defending the brand equity and making sure the guidelines are respected;Benchmark the competitors and collect relevant insights and trends to develop unique, differentiated, and relevant media campaigns;Revise campaigns content (visual assets and copy) to ensure media campaigns run with valid and effective content;Share best practices with the global marketing community.RequirementsBachelor or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing;At least 5 years of relevant experience in Media Planning and measuring, both offline and online.Passion for and experience in communication, digital and social media marketing, public relations;Strong writing and editing know-how;Analytic mindset;Results oriented approach;Effective communicator with strong customer and consumer orientation ;Capability of getting things executed and natural open mindset to new ideas;Fluent English and Italian (spoken & written).Other languages are a plus;Open to travel internationally (approx. 10%).What we offer youContinuous training and development opportunities;Opportunity to actively contribute to strategic projects;An international and stimulating environment, open to innovation.Important information for all executive search companies, headhunters and HR consultantsThe Franke Group does not accept unsolicited support from headhunters and personnel consultants for our career opportunities.Any CV/resume vitae submitted to Franke or its employees by external recruitment agencies without a valid written recruitment agreement related to the position in question shall be deemed the sole property of our company.In the event that a candidate presented by an agency is hired in our company and there is no prior agreement, no fee will be paid.#J-*****-Ljbffr
