ADOBE AEM SENIOR ANALYST DEVELOPER Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort that offers a unique, extensive range of solutions for climate comfort, water heating and air handling, as well as components and burners.Listed on Euronext Milan since November ****, in **** the group reported over 2.6-billion-euro revenues, with over 10,000 employees, direct presence in 40 countries in 5 continents, 28 production sites and 28 research and development centers.The group demonstrates its commitment to sustainability through the development of renewable and high efficiency solutions, such as heat pumps, water heating heat pumps, hybrids, domestic ventilation, air handling and solar thermal systems.The group also stands out for its continuous investment in technological innovation, digitalization, and advanced connectivity solutions.The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.Ariston Group ICT department is looking for an Adobe AEM Senior Analyst Developer specialized in Full-stack applications platforms like web-sites, web-portal, mobile and digital experience platforms.The candidate will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required for the development of an efficient and effective Digital solution.He/she will create key deliverables that support the evolution of the new ICT Digital Solutions across the company, in order to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes.RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement, test and deploy full-stack web and mobile digital experience platforms features in an extended integrated end to end scenario with Adobe AEM, backend systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), Digital Commerce solutions, Mobile Apps and Cloud applications.Mentor younger team members and share your knowledge internally and externally.Work with architect peers (information and technical architects) to analyze company business context (business strategy and trends), to derive the application solutions architecture future state.This includes defining the requirements, principles and models that guide application solutions' decisions for the company.Participate in new initiatives of ICT Digital solutions team to review and approve application solution design decisions and perform Quality assurance on Partners/Suppliers deliverables.Lead full-stack application developments and implementations of Digital solutions projects/products.QUALIFICATION: University Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; 3+ years of professional experience in development/implementation of Digital solutions (HTML5, CSS, Java, Javascript); Experience in AEM (Sites Knowledge of SQL, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, Web Services (SOA), XML, XSL; Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular); Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities; Strong analytical mindset with a creative vision; Problem solving, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines;
