JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world-class services, advisory and technology for our clients.We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and find a place where they belong.Technical Operations LeadershipLead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for life sciences facilities excluding HVAC systems.Oversee processing of work-order tickets through first-level support systems and coordinate repair implementations via external contractors.Ensure compliance with FDA GMP and other regulatory standards specific to life sciences environments.Support space management activities using CAFM tools and provide operational assistance for pest-control programs.Manage facility renovations, refurbishments and small infrastructure projects while maintaining operational continuity.Supervise and develop technical team members, providing coaching and performance management.Drive change-management initiatives and process improvements within the technical operations team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.Identify and implement new service offerings and business opportunities for the account.Quality & Compliance ManagementMaintain adherence to JLL safety protocols, quality standards and environmental guidelines.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with life-sciences industry regulations and client SOPs.Document and report on maintenance activities, compliance metrics and system performance.Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as required.Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceTechnical education or certification in facilities-management engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of industrial facility-management experience, preferably in life-sciences, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.Demonstrated experience in both hands-on maintenance work and supervisory roles.Project-management experience with facility maintenance and infrastructure projects.Technical CompetenciesComprehensive knowledge of building systems, mechanical repair and general maintenance practices.Proficiency with CAFM systems and maintenance-management software.Advanced MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred.Understanding of life-sciences regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA guidelines) strongly preferred.Leadership & Professional SkillsProven team-leadership and people-management capabilities.Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with clients and stakeholders.Strong change-management and organizational-development skills.Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently.Adaptability and interest in expanding service offerings and business development.Work EnvironmentRole operates within laboratory and manufacturing environments where strict adherence to safety protocols is required.Work schedules may occasionally include evening or weekend coverage to address emergency situations.Operational activities involve movement throughout facilities, access to various plant areas and equipment handling for maintenance interventions.Location:On-site.Milano, ITA.If this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table.JLL is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.If you need an accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us through our career site.#J-*****-Ljbffr
