WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: You are responsible for all management accounting, using a leading ERP system (SAP Hana) You take care of all accounting postings of suppliers, banks, fixed assets, salaries, and adjustment entries, including the preparation of the monthly pre-tax financial statements You are responsible for performing quarterly reconciliations with the statutory accounting system (outsourced to a Tax Advisor) Intercompany reconciliations and the preparation and submission of the monthly reporting package to the parent company, adhering to group rules and deadlines are part of your duties as well You manage local cash flow to ensure payments: intercompany payments, local suppliers, salaries and employee expense reimbursements, monthly VAT, withholding taxes, and other taxes You are the main contact to our payroll consulting firm and to our lawyers for disputes related to debt collection and other business issues Carrying out the annual audit lies in your hands You coordinate all accounting office activities, incl.managing a part-time resource WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: High school degree in accounting, preferably with a bachelor's degree in economics Profound knowledge of both Italian and international accounting principles (GAAP) Good knowledge of the civil and tax aspects of Italian law At least 5-7 years of experience as an accountant in multinational contexts and in-depth knowledge of group rules Strong experience using ERP management systems (preferably SAP Hana) Excellent in Italian and fluent in English Excellent organizational skills and able to work with absolute discretion Our Vision : Over **** sharp minds, about 60 nationalities, one goal: accelerating the world's transition to Responsible Manufacturing.Our proven technology, industrial 3D printing, has been extending the boundaries of manufacturing for over 30 years.We work globally networked and prefer to think outside the box – and we're looking for people who want to shape the future with us.EOS welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring equal opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity, expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.At EOS, equity and inclusion are fundamental principles, and we believe in creating a work environment that is built on empathy, respect, and fairness.We are ALL IN.
