Company Description Constance Halaveli is a luxury resort in the Maldives, where elegance meets authenticity in a breathtaking island setting.Behind every guest experience is a passionate team that values respect, teamwork, and excellence.Join us at Halaveli and grow your career in a warm, multicultural environment where your skills and dedication truly make a difference.Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bar Supervisor to join our team at the luxurious Constance Halaveli resort in the Maldives.As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional beverage service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests in our tropical paradise setting.• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency • Warmly welcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their visitManage and motivate the bar team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment • Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented to the resort's exacting standards • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and control beverage costs • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic optionsContribute creative ideas for new cocktails and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales • Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution • Assist with staff scheduling, daily reporting, and bar requisitions • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of bar operations • Collaborate effectively with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Bar Operations from a recognised institution • 1-3 years of experience in bar or restaurant service within a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort • Excellent knowledge of beverages, mixology, and service techniques • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is advantageous • Thorough understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage serviceProficiency in computer systems and bar management software • Knowledge of Maldivian culture and customs • Ability to work effectively in a tropical island environment • Excellent swimming skills • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving high standards of service • Organised and efficient in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities Additional Information WORK WITH CONSTANCE????
