Job Overview We're looking for a Product Manager who can execute on product initiatives and bring them to life. Reporting to our Head of Product and working closely with our CTO, you'll take ownership of translating product strategy into shipped features. You'll manage day-to-day product execution – scoping requirements, coordinating with engineering and design, managing releases, and ensuring what we build delivers value to customers. This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of product execution, thrives working with technical teams, and wants to grow their product management skills in a high-growth cybersecurity startup. Responsibilities Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams; Manage day-to-day product execution for our two core products (B2B dashboards), from scoping and prioritization to release coordination and stakeholder communication; Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that provide customer value; Oversee product release cycles, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and effective rollout communication; Balance technical constraints with business goals to make informed trade-offs and product decisions; Track progress, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve product execution processes. Requirements Product execution experience: At least 5 years managing product initiatives from requirements through launch, coordinating across engineering, design, and stakeholders; Technical comfort: Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technical products. Can understand technical constraints, participate in scoping discussions, and translate between technical and business requirements; B2B or technical product experience: Has worked on products for technical users (developers, engineers, IT professionals) or in B2B/enterprise environments, ideally in cybersecurity companies. Stakeholder collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams. Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving alignment; Requirements and scoping: Can take strategic direction and translate it into clear, actionable requirements and user stories that engineering can execute against; Release coordination: Experience managing product release cycles, coordinating testing, and communicating updates to stakeholders; Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication in both English, with ability to create clear documentation and updates; Organized and detail-oriented: Can manage multiple workstreams, track progress, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
