As Corinthia Rome prepares to open its doors, we're looking for individuals who bring calm to the night and clarity to the numbers.When the city sleeps, you'll keep the rhythm - ensuring that every detail aligns, every report balances, and every guest feels cared for, even in the quietest hours.At Corinthia Rome, we believe that excellence doesn't rest.We're building a team that thrives on precision, curiosity, and the quiet satisfaction of knowing that behind every seamless morning, there was a night handled with grace.WHAT YOU' LL BRING TO THE NIGHTAs a Night Auditor, you will:Welcome late arrivals and assist guests with warmth and professionalismHandle overnight operations, from check-ins and check-outs to guest requestsComplete end-of-day procedures, balancing accounts and verifying transactionsReview and reconcile daily revenue reports with accuracy and integrityEnsure all systems (Opera Cloud, POS, etc.) are properly closed and reset for the next dayCollaborate with Finance and Front Office teams to maintain flawless recordsMaintain safety, security, and calm across the hotel during the night hoursBe the reassuring presence that ensures our guests rest easy - and our morning team starts strong WHAT YOU' LL LEARNYou'll gain a 360° understanding of luxury front-office operations, with a strong foundation in finance, auditing, and overnight management.We'll train you in Opera Cloud, LQA and Forbes standards, and the operational flow of a five-star pre-opening.Most importantly, you'll discover the quiet magic of making a hotel run perfectly — even while the world sleeps.WHAT WE' RE LOOKING FORExperience as Night Auditor or in a front-office role within a luxury hotelStrong numerical skills and attention to detailFluency in Italian and English (another language is a plus)Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage (training provided)Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented - even under pressureFlexible and proactive, especially in a pre-opening environmentYou take pride in precision and find beauty in balance This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to shape something new, right from its first heartbeat.At Corinthia, we value not only what you do, but how you do it: with care, intelligence, and quiet confidence.Join us as we bring a new light to Rome - one that shines even through the night.
