OverviewBauWatch Italy – Operations Team Leader.BauWatch is a European leader in the provision of rapidly deployed, digitally managed, temporary site security and compliance systems.Established in ****, BauWatch has grown significantly and operates in multiple European countries.About The RoleAs Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of our depot in location on a day to day basis.You will have the right technical knowledge to analyse and resolve any issues that might arise with our products when they're on site – whether that's at set up, or during the period of hire.You will be responsible for the management of the Service Technicians and Drivers, ARC (alarm receiving centre) Specialists, Customer Service and Planner and you'll work closely with roles and other members of the Team to attend to customer's queries and requests.Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperativeResponsibilitiesEnsuring all the activities are carried out safely and in compliance with the policies and procedures laid out, including raising any concerns on safety with the Managing Director.Reporting accurately and on time on activities and provide relevant management information as required.Responsible for the task management and performance of the Service Technicians and Drivers on a day-to-day basis.Developing and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.Accountability for all engineering matters onsite regardless of discipline.Interact with and motivate the workforce.Keep up-to-date the necessary professional knowledge through self-study and participation in training sessions.Planning, organizing and optimizing recurrent and ad hoc Dept activities.Carry out inspections of installations in accordance with the applicable standards.Managing the local stock supplies, including the timely ordering of necessary materials for the work to be carried out.Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace and in the service car/truck.Customer liaison and communications link to other colleagues, including looking for opportunities for business development, and ensuring correct and complete customer paperwork.Full compliance with all H&S requirements, including use of correct PPE at all times.Guarantee our rapid deployment CCTV security systems.Recurrent activities set up planning and execution coordination.Actively participating to Group meeting and activities.About YouTechnically skilled: Experience of using tools and technology to achieve results.Language skills: native Italian speaker, advanced English skills.Quality-oriented: Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality.Strives for improvement.Convinces others of the importance of quality.Solution focused: Gets the problem fixed in the most efficient & effective way.Team player: Promotes mutual communication and relationships.Shares information smoothly with others.Supports others.Independent: Able to carry out your own work properly and solve problems without supervision from others.Customer focus: Listens to the wishes and needs of the customer and adapt working method accordingly.Prioritise service and client satisfaction.Flexibility: Can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, working hours, tasks, responsibilities and behaviours of others.Friendly: Ability to 'muck in' as part of a fast-growing team with an 'all hands on deck' approach.Happy to travel around Italy: Full driving license.BenefitsA challenging and varied role as part of an innovative and rapidly growing international business.Contact with the most innovative technological systems.Opportunity to be proactive, implement new strategies and develop new markets.Ongoing training both in Italy and in other European hubs.Company car for mixed use.Meal voucher.#J-*****-Ljbffr
