Sei una persona curiosa, precisa e con una forte passione per lo sviluppo prodotto?Stiamo cercando un / una Product Development Associate da inserire nel nostro team per contribuire alla crescita e all'innovazione delle nostre linee di prodottoCosa faraiGestirai i progetti di sviluppo prodotto in corso e avvierai nuove linee, definendo prezzi, costi target, posizionamento e caratteristiche delle referenze.Ti occuperai di negoziare con i fornitori (contratti, prezzi, contributi) e di pianificare tempi e fasi di sviluppo in ottica project management.Redigerai brief grafici e coordinerai le agenzie nella realizzazione delle etichette.Gestirai le procedure di import, inspectione sdoganamento delle merci extra UE, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza.Coordinerai l'inserimento dei nuovi prodotti in negozio (test, anagrafica, acquisto, trasporto, layout, formazione alla forza vendita).Analizzerai i dati di vendita e le tendenze di mercato per ottimizzare l'assortimento.Chi cerchiamo1–2 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo prodotto, preferibilmente con fornitori internazionali.Forte passione per il mondo Beauty.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Spiccate capacità di project management, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.Attitudine al problem solving e approccio analitico.Laurea in discipline economiche o equivalenti.Cosa offriamoUn ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo.Opportunità di crescita professionale e di confronto con team interfunzionali (Marketing, Logistica, Fornitori internazionali).Possibilità di contribuire in prima persona allo sviluppo di prodotti innovativi.Se ami lavorare su progetti concreti, in un contesto in cui creatività e metodo si incontrano, inviaci la tua candidatura#J-*****-Ljbffr
