Senior HR Generalist role at Wolters Kluwer.This is an exciting opportunity within our HR Operations organization to make a meaningful impact at the national level in Italy while collaborating with European and global teams.In this role, you will provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees, both operationally and through project-based initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and practices in an international environment.Reporting to: Associate Director, HR ItalyKey ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory and Support: Provide guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including employment benefits and regulatory compliance, absenteeism management and reintegration, local accountability for compensation processes, HR programs and administrative matters, mobility and flexible work arrangements, engagement and retention initiatives, and performance management.Employee RelationsProject and Process Management: Support and manage HR projects and tasks in collaboration with business leaders, HR teams, and Centers of Expertise (COEs), covering payroll and administrative activities, implementation of HR policies and solutions, support for organizational restructuring plans, HR technology deployment, organizational development initiatives, reward frameworks, job evaluation, recognition programs, employee engagement and development programs, works council support, and facilitation of reporting and information exchange.Ensure legal documentation and compliance: Assist in managing and executing agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and providing operational support to the HR team.EducationDegree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Management (or equivalent)ExperienceMinimum 10 years of operational and advisory HR experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of employment regulations and HR administrationProven track record in managing projects and organizational changeExperience in a global company preferredBackground in technology or professional services is a plusFamiliarity with complex matrix organizations advantageousProficiency in HCM systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft OfficeAttributesMaintains up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and regulationsActs with integrity and ensures confidentialityBuilds strong relationships through trust, collaboration, and credibilityDelivers results through effective stakeholder management in an international contextThrives under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)LocationTurin and smart workingHybridInterview PracticesTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style.We value authenticity and want to ensure we're getting to know you—not a digital assistant.To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process.Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
