Per realtà di primaria importanza nel settore GDO alimentare, con una forte presenza sul territorio nazionale siamo alla ricerca di un Supply Chain Engineer per la sede di Prato.La figura, riportando al Direttore della Logistica e della Supply Chain, seguirà lo sviluppo, la progettazione e il miglioramento continuo dei processi di supply chain.Dettagli sul clienteRealtà di primaria importanza nel settore GDO alimentare, con una forte presenza sul territorio nazionale e un focus sulla qualità e sostenibilità dei prodotti.DescrizioneLa figura ricercata supporterà il Direttore Supply Chain nello sviluppo, nella progettazione e nel miglioramento continuo dei processi di supply chain, identificando nuove opportunità progettuali, innovazioni di mercato e soluzioni tecnologiche.Analizzare, mappare e ottimizzare i processi di supply chain end-to-endFungere da interfaccia operativa e funzionale tra logistica, demand planning, ufficio import, customer service e altre funzioni coinvolteMonitorare le performance della supply chain attraverso KPI (livello di servizio, lead time, stock, rotazione, costi logistici)Collaborare con il demand planning per il miglioramento delle previsioni e la gestione delle scorteAnalizzare criticità operative e proporre soluzioni di miglioramento continuo (process improvement, lean thinking)Definire le migliori procedure operative da condividere c0n il gruppoProfilo del CandidatoLaurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affiniEsperienza di almeno 4-5 anni in ruoli di supplychain, logistica, operations o process engineering, preferibilmente in contesti retail o GDOConoscenza dei principali processi di supplychain e dei relativi KPIFamiliarità con metodologie di project managementConoscenza delle tecnologie digitali e dei sistemi di supporto alla supply chain (forecasting, ottimizzazione, planning)Interesse per l'evoluzione dei sistemi di AI applicati alla supplychainCapacità analitiche e orientamento al problemsolvingOttime capacità relazionali e di coordinamentoAttitudine all'innovazione e alla ricerca di nuove soluzioniCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-*****-Ljbffr
