What you will do?Manage full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.Manage IT systems for financing programs, repricing, and product launches.Analyze product performance, market trends, and campaigns; propose improvements.Prepare monthly CTAs for OEM websites promotionsSupport pricing by collaborating in financial campaigns to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for financial productsPrepare materials and presentations for OEM and internal meetings.Provide operational and analytical support to the field force to optimize product performance, campaign effectiveness and customer satisfactionCollaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless strategy execution.?? What are the requirements?Teamwork and Effective Communication will make the difference, but these are the elements that will guide us in choosing the right Resource for us :2 years of experience in Automotive Brand, Financial Services / Bank.University degree in Marketing, Economics or related fieldPrevious experience in Captive Banking is a plus – especially in product or brand managementSolid understanding of the Automotive Industry in ItalyGood knowledge / training in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Identity and Product ManagementExperience in developing executive presentations, dashboards and monitoring toolsProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to "get thing done", even under pressureAnalytical skills to identify key insights and translate them into actionable strategiesEnglish : fluent in speaking and writingItalian : native speaker??
