Join to apply for theRegional Commercial Product Marketing Specialist - Refrigerationrole atBeko EuropeFor our Refrigeration Category in Beko Europe, we are looking for a Regional Commercial Product Marketing Specialist.Reporting to the Sr.Manager Commercial PM for Refrigeration, you will play a key role in the product organization.You will focus on specific cluster/market(s) to grasp, consolidate and reflect local needs into new product introductions and range catalogues for the Europe region.You will collaborate cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams (e.g. Marketing, Supply chain, R&D, Finance), to drive the business growth of the largest MDA category in Europe.Market Analysis & Consumer InsightsPerform market analysis and identify local product and commercial gaps and opportunitiesSupport consolidation and prioritization of those insights as inputs to the global product strategiesProduct Roadmap & Commercial GuidanceCoordinate cluster/country-based business cases for new product introductions - guiding pricing, volume potential, and SKU range definitionProvide regional commercial guidance to local markets, ensuring roadmap execution in alignment with brand strategy and financial KPIsRange Management & Go-to-Market ExecutionPlan phase-in phase-out and process new SKU definitionsSupervise new product launches in the cluster, ensuring timely delivery of B2B and B2C assetsDrive range management across EU countries by defining and addressing local product needs and governing SKU complexitySell-In Performance Analysis & ForecastingAnalyze sales data to identify trends and build accurate projections based on market forecasts and product strategies.Perform gap analysis to highlight unmapped range and commercial needs of Europe range catalogMaster's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering1-2 years experience in a Marketing/Product management role preferably in Consumer Electronics sector (or similar industry) or ConsultingExcellent knowledge of main MS office tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)Preferred skills and experiencesProactive, result oriented, stress resilient, enthusiastic to embrace new challengesProblem solving, analytical mindsetStrong time-management and prioritization skillsTeam working, including frequent interactions with other functionsBasic commercial acumen: pricing management and profitability assessmentInterpersonal communication skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, sex, colour, national or social origin, ethnicity, religion, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status or political opinion.For more information about us look at or follow us on LinkedIn.Looking for new opportunity?Review our career page here.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesHousehold Appliance Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
