Global Bid and Proposal Specialist (Europe_PTU) At ABB, we help industries outrun — leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation — for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growth takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.Reporting toGlobal Bid & Proposal ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesManage tenders, risk reviews, and ensure proposals for PTU are timely, competitive, and profitable using ABB tools and databases.Lead the design and development of PTU solutions for data centers and/or other mission critical applications, including medium and low voltage distribution, medium and low voltage UPS systems and others.Implement proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.Interpret technical documentation to align with design intent and provide applications engineering support to customers and sales teams.Collaborate across internal teams and vendor partners to develop executable proposals, negotiate effectively, and leverage ABB's full product portfolio.Ensure compliance with customer requirements and government contracting standards while proactively seeking training to enhance commercial operations capabilities.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.Experience working in the electrical distribution industry, data center experience preferred.10+ years of experience required; previous project engineering, quotations, contract negotiation or technical sales experience preferred, and more than 5 years PTU solutions experience required.UPS & Critical Power systems experience is a plus.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics ManufacturingWe value people from different backgrounds.Could this be your story?Apply today or visit to read more about us and learn about the impact of our solutions across the globe.#J-*****-Ljbffr
