Overview We are looking for a Spa Manager & Beauty Therapist who embodies the style, values and vision of a global luxury cosmetics brand.The role is based in a luxury spa where medicine, research and wellbeing converge to offer cutting-edge facial protocols, a medical-holistic approach and a multisensory beauty experience.ResponsibilitiesOperational management of the spa (planning, bookings, supplies, procedures)Personalised customer care and receptionExecution and proposal of the brand's exclusive facial ritualsClient loyalty through luxury consultative pathways and attention to detailMaintenance and supervision of the studio set-up, environment, tools and products according to luxury standardsTraining and supervision of staff, when necessaryReporting on KPI, customer satisfaction and trend demandsCoordination with management and clinical teamQualificationsDiploma as beautician/treatment therapist (legally qualified in Italy)Significant prior experience in a luxury spa, 5? hotel, wellness club, clinical spa or similarExcellent personal presentation and brand image awarenessSuperior manual skill and precisionStrong empathetic, relational and linguistic skills; fluent English required; additional languages are a plusHigh-level consultative and luxury sales skills (treatments, products, packages, loyalty)Excellent care of the set-up: room, bed, tools, atmosphereOrganisational spirit, problem-solving, results orientationProficient use of digital tools for operational managementBenefits & OfferContract commensurate with the luxury sector and with experienceUnique working environment within the longevity area of Italy's most prestigious structurePremium development and training opportunitiesFull-time schedule, Monday-Saturday 08:*****:00Location: MilanLegal & EqualityGi Group S.p.A. is authorised to operate by the Ministry of Labour (Aut.
