About InPostInPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market.In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader.InPost covers the Italian market with a network of **** PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and **** fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience.The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integers Polish home market.Our constantly expanding location/host partners include major supermarkets, petrol stations, railway stations, subways and shopping centres.Were passionate about our mission and products and our People are the reason we succeed.Were looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the normAbout the role:The role reports to the HR Director Italy and serves as the companys primary reference point for labor relations and second-level collective bargaining, ensuring a structured approach aligned with the HR strategy and sustainable from both a legal and economic standpoint.It works in close collaboration with the HR Administration Manager, providing specialist guidance on labor law, disciplinary matters, and advanced compliance topics.Main ResponsibilitiesLabor RelationsPrimary point of contact for employee representatives (RSU) and Trade Unions.Planning and management of union meetings, negotiation calendars, and official documentation.Management of union-related information flows and drafting of minutes and agreements.Second-Level Collective BargainingDefinition of guidelines and leadership of second-level bargaining (performance bonuses, working hours, welfare, work organization).Assessment of the economic sustainability of agreements in coordination with HR and Finance.Implementation and monitoring of executed agreements.Disciplinary Matters & LitigationManagement of complex disciplinary procedures.Coordination of internal investigations and fact-finding activities.Liaison with internal and external legal counsel for labor litigation.Regulatory & ComplianceOngoing monitoring of labor legislation and applicable national collective agreements (CCNL).Translation of regulatory updates into operational guidelines and company policies.Support and training for managers on labor law and union-related topics.HR Operations AdvisorySpecialist support to the HR Administration Manager on regulatory and union impacts related to payroll, benefits, and HR processes.Contribution to audits and inspections concerning labor law matters.Support and backup for key HR administrative activities when needed—such as payroll, HR/payroll budgeting, and contract drafting—to ensure operational continuity and adherence to deadlines.Oversight of regulatory, contractual, and union implications of administrative activities.Collaboration with the HR Administration Manager, Finance, and Legal teams in handling extraordinary situations, audits, inspections, or litigation.Education & professional experienceDegree in Law, Economics, or related fields; HR Masters degrees/certifications are a plus.At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on personnel administration and union relations:Personnel administration and payroll experience, preferably in structured or multinational environments.Labor relations: experience supporting or progressively managing interactions with RSU/trade unions, second-level bargaining, and disciplinary procedures.Involvement in HR reporting, ISTAT compliance, data rooms, and support for internal or external audits.Technical SkillsGood knowledge of Italian labor law and main collective agreements (preferred: CCNL Commercio).Practical use of HRIS and Excel (intermediate/advanced level); experience with SAP SuccessFactors, INAZ, or equivalent systems is appreciated.Ability to analyze HR data and produce decision-support reports.Soft SkillsStrong negotiation and relationship management abilities, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.Accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data and topics.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Effective communication in Italian; good command of English.Why Joining InPostExcellent growth opportunitiesMultinational companyFlexible, creative, vibrant working environmentContribute to the creation of responsible and eco-sustainable logisticsBecome part of a team of passionate, prepared and motivated peopleIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ****** e ******Invitiamo a prendere visione della nostra liberatoria privacy sul nostro sito , alla sezione Privacy Policy - Colloqui e selezione.
