Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join usJob Description As a Customer Briefing Coordinator you will be responsible for planning impactful customer engagements for Rockwell Automation's Customer Briefing Program.This position involves working as part of a team that supports all aspects of the corporate Customer Briefing Program, including executive meeting planning and execution.Key activities include project management, coordination with external and internal vendors, and overseeing meeting logistics and communications.This role requires close collaboration with Rockwell Automation's sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver the exceptional customer engagement for which Rockwell Automation is renowned.You will report to the Customer Experience Center Program Manager and work onsite in Bologna, Italy.Your Responsibilities: Plan and execute high profile customer visits in accordance with Customer Briefing best practices as assigned.Advise and/or facilitate logistics for Customer Briefings including room preparation, security, catering, transportation, and other needs.Facilitate tours and/or experiences showcasing Rockwell Automation's portfolio and NEW Customer Experience Center as assigned.Work closely with building vendors (facilities, catering, security, etc.) for overall execution of meetings/events and to ensure the center is always customer ready.Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Customer Experience Center including managing audio-visual, room requests and reservations.Communicate with stakeholders and center users on program/center policies and act as a hospitality services resource for visitors, employees, and customers.Nurture and build relationships with internal customers, vendors, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative process improvements of center operations and customer experience.Troubleshoot and handle any issues that may arise during customer or executive meetings.The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 3 years of experience in customer briefing and or events planning Microsoft Office suite of programs 3 years of experience guiding tours What We Offer: Our benefits package includes ...Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees.Company volunteer and donation matching program – Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.On-demand digital course library for professional development Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm Employee Assistance Program Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program ... and other local benefits#LI-Hybrid #LI-RG1
