Assicurare il monitoraggio delleforniture di materiali dal punto di vista della conformità tecnica edell'avanzamento, in accordo ai requisiti di qualità ed ai tempi richiesti daiprogetti ed evidenziando gli eventuali scostamenti e non conformità, segnalandoo intervenendo in accordo agli obiettivi aziendali e di progetto.Eseguire le visite di expediting ed ispettive presso fornitori e sub fornitori assegnati ed emettere i relativi reports secondo le procedure dipartimentali;Organizzare e portare a termine le riunioni di definizione degli aspetti di qualità e gestionali dell'ordine (pre-inspection meetings), gestire, in accordo con il Post Order Manager e requisiti di progetto, le notifiche di collaudo;Analizzare e verificare, in accordo con l'Expediting & Inspection Category Manager, i piani di controllo qualità (ITP) emessi da fornitori e sub fornitori, e stabilire i requisiti di chiamata (witness points / hold points) per i vari collaudi.Svolgere le attivita' di collaudo presso i fornitori emettendo i relativi report;In accordo con il Post Order Manager / Expediting & Inspection Category Manager, interagire e supportare, per quanto di competenza, il Project Manager e i responsabili di progetto della Direzione Approvvigionamenti, e i Project Leaders delle discipline tecniche, nel corso del progetto;Proporre al Post Order Manager l'apertura delle non conformità (anche su segnalazione degli inspettori di agenzia) e delle punch list, assicurandone la gestione fino alla fase di chiusura;Gestire le relazioni con QA / QC Manager del Fornitore;Supportare, in accordo con l'Expediting & Inspection Category Manager, la valutazione, le prestazioni ed i risultati dei fornitori assegnati;A fronte dell'esito positivo dell'ispezione finale, comunicare all'expediter l'avvenuto rilascio tecnico del materiale;Curare il costante aggiornamento dei dati sensibili a sistema gestionale aziendale per le forniture di propria pertinenza;Mantenere il costante aggiornamento tecnico e di qualifica richiesto dalle procedure aziendali per l'incarico;Predisporre l'assignment pack per l'ispettore d'agenzia, definendo in dettaglio gli inspection tasks, con l'assistenza dell'Expediting & Inspection Planner;Definire, in accordo alle procedure di progetto, la struttura della documentazione finale.Requisiti richiesti :Laurea o Diploma in Ingegneria o disciplina tecnicaEsperienza pregressa di almeno tre anni in contesti strutturatiInglese fluente#J-*****-Ljbffr
