System Administrator and Cybersecurity SpecialistWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented System Administrator and Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Trieste.In this role, you will oversee the entire company IT infrastructure and manage the cybersecurity and compliance aspects of the organization.You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and up to date.You will collaborate closely with our CEO and all company departments.A valid Italian work permit is required.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, manage, and install software on employees' PCs, tablets, and mobile phonesInstall and configure routers, switches, and printersEvaluate the purchase of additional software and hardwareOnboard employees on various software tools and IT proceduresTroubleshoot technical issues of employees' devices and act as the point of contact for IT support with suppliersManage backups, data recovery plans, and maintain company in-house systemsCreate and maintain the inventory of all company software accounts, licenses, hardware, and users.Cybersecurity and ComplianceOversee the entire cyber and physical security aspects of the companyEnsure the proper use of security practices and train employees on security aspectsManage and assess the implementation of certifications such as ISO *****Be in charge of filling out security surveys for customers and partners.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in a field related to the positionAt least 5 years of professional experience in system administration, cybersecurity, or Dev OpsNative or very advanced Italian proficiency and professional English proficiencyExcellent organizational skills, punctual, and a precise, detail-oriented attitudeLoyal and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionMust be authorized to work in the European Union.Why Join Us?Work in a dynamic and innovative software company in a critical security sectorFlexible working entry and exit times.Hybrid working: possibility to combine smart working and office workingInternational experience and continuous training and further education opportunitiesSafe and reliable employerRelaxed and informal culture throughout the companyVarious additional company benefits.
