Ferrari Lifestyle Content Production Specialist Ferrari has a most desirable track record, in Racing as well as in Sports Cars production and LifeStyle Fashion and retail activities, record business results and voted one of the World's most powerful brands.To enhance the experience across Ferrari's global ecosystem, the Lifestyle team works across three pillars: Personal Luxury Goods, Collectibles and Experiences.The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers'base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand's DNA, its heritage and values.In order to strengthen ourLifestyle Content Production teamwe are looking to hire aLifestyle Content Production Specialist , based in our Milan (Italy) offices.In this position, you will be responsible for the management of the planning and the development of content production, exploring talents, production houses, and freelancers.ResponsibilitiesManage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of all content assetsActively participate in planning of content production (internal cross-team meeting with Marketing, Visual Communication, and PR Teams)Coordinate external business partners in presenting proposals and manage the execution, selection, activation, and coordination of themDefine event planning from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectivesSupport the manager in location selection, and support site inspectionsCoordinate the communication of the delivery information and project status to internal teams and clients in a timely manner, developing and keeping track of timelines and production schedulesParticipate in budget coordination and promptly manage the update of the related documentation for every content productionCoordinate production plan involving all stakeholders (external suppliers and internal teams)Manage, organize and maintain documentation, creative deck, and final assetsRequired ProfileIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Communication field or similar, and you will have gained at least 2-4 years dedicated experience in pre- and post-production, talent negotiation, and working cross-team.Being up to date with new technologies and trends in software and design and excellent budget management skills are required.Familiarity with graphic design or video editing software will be considered as plus.In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured.You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role.You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture.It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and of budget tool (LN, SAP, etc.)Fluent English is required.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.Location:Milan, ItalySeniority:Middle LevelContract duration:Permanent contractFerrari offer:Ticket restaurant, preventive health programs for staff and children, scholarships, school book refunds, summer camp, Ferrari events and Family Day.#J-*****-Ljbffr
