Arsenale Spa, azienda multi brand che sviluppa e gestisce asset nel settore dell'ospitalità di lusso e del lifestyle, offrendo un servizio completo ai più grandi e rinomati operatori mondiali dell'ospitalità in sinergia con i migliori brand internazionali di Luxury Hospitality, è alla ricerca di un / a Maintenance Specialist.Chi cerchiamo :Il Maintenance Specialist si occupa della gestione autonoma delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli immobili, assicurando il corretto funzionamento, la sicurezza e la conservazione del patrimonio immobiliare (immobili strumentali in uso all'azienda o immobili in locazione a terzi).Mansioni e responsabilità :Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su impianti, strutture e aree comuniGestire i fornitori di servizi tecnici e imprese di manutenzione, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativiEffettuare sopralluoghi periodici per verificare lo stato degli immobili e individuare eventuali necessità di interventoGestire le richieste di manutenzione provenienti dagli utenti interni, garantendo tempestività e tracciabilità delle attivitàCurare l'archiviazione e l'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica (schede impianti, libretti, certificazioni, contratti di manutenzione)Supportare la definizione dei budget di manutenzione e monitorare l'andamento dei costi rispetto alle previsioniGarantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, prevenzione incendi e tutela ambientaleCollaborare con il team Real Estate per la programmazione di interventi di riqualificazione e progetti di restylingRequisitiDiploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria, architettura o discipline affiniEsperienza di almeno 3 / 5 anni in ruoli analoghi (facility management, manutenzione immobiliare o gestione tecnica)Buona conoscenza dei principali impianti (elettrici, idraulici, HVAC) e delle normative di riferimentoCapacità di coordinamento di fornitori esterni e gestione dei contrattiOttime doti organizzative, precisione e orientamento al problem solvingPadronanza degli strumenti informatici Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project e capacità di utilizzo di AutoCAD per la lettura e la modifica di disegni tecnici.Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori diversi (interni ed esterni)Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ******** e ********, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ******** e ********.Si prega di autorizzare il trattamento dei dati in conformità al d. l.vo ********** come modificato con il d. l.vo ********** in adeguamento alla normativa europea di cui al Reg.UE **********.#J-*****-Ljbffr
