OverviewSenior Process Engineer for fume treatment plantJoin to apply for the Senior Process Engineer for fume treatment plant role at TenovaDirect message the job poster from TenovaJob descriptionSenior Process Engineer for fume treatment plantWe are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Environmental Technologies Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment.You will work in an international Company characterized by high technology complexity.In this role, you will actively take care about Projects Process choices in put the technical office with the best engineering solution to final supply, enhancing the process in order to add value and saving costs or simplifying the process.You will carry out the following activities:Process design of the fume treatment system for Meltshops: Process Flow Diagram, P&I, Interlocking Matrix, Functional DescriptionCustomer follow up: Training, Standard Operation Practice, Monitor the Process parameters and optimizationProject set up, cold testing, commissioning and performances, partial erection advisor activitiesDefine the technical choices concerning the process to acquire the quality/cost level compatible with project requirementsConduct inspections and assessments of plant and equipment on SiteFeedback headquarter with on-site lesson learnedPrepare the process specifications and the most appropriate sizing of the system componentsManage the technical documentation of the process, revising and commenting the offers and suppliers documentsTake an active role in process innovation by seeking new technologies and development of existing applicationsMaintain, review and improve industry standards, systems, procedures and best practicesProvide process engineering input to marketing and proposals, in order to give technical assistance to support Business Development StrategiesProvide process information, such as basic design calculations, process-engineering inputRequired profileMaster's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering specialization in: Advanced Material and Manufacturing is an added value)3+ years of experience in Steel IndustryDedusting system KnowledgeAbility to communicate with customers from plant operators to general managersAbility to organize and manage site activitiesAbility to understand and deliver piping and instrumentations diagramsKnowledge of engineering calculations techniquesCompetence in using simulation software and others methodologiesWillingness to team workingEffective knowledge of English languageWillingness to travelOptional: Knowledge of the most advanced PC tools (as CRM and/or ERP)WorkplaceCastellanza (VA)Job identifiers********Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesMining#J-*****-Ljbffr
