Are you a young engineer with a passion for software, embedded systems, or testing?Would you like to work in a structured, highly technological environment and contribute to the development of real-time and safety-critical solutions for the avionics sector?Then you might be the person we're looking forTXT e-Tech, part of TXT group, is looking for Firmware Software Engineer & Tester to join its Aerospace & Defence Business Unit.Previous experience in the avionics sector is not required : we are looking for curiosity, strong technical foundations, and a desire to grow.ResponsibilitiesUnit, integration, and verification testing in both simulated environments and on real hardware;Writing and analyzing software requirements for avionics systems;Integration with avionics communication protocols (ARINC429, AFDX, CAN bus, etc.);Architectural design of embedded and firmware solutions;Development of low-level drivers and firmware for onboard computers using low-level programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Ada95);Participation in hardware testing and avionics certification campaigns.Technical skills requiredEmbedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, Arduino, Nucleo boards);Programming in C, C++, or Ada95;University projects involving sensors, communication protocols, software testing, or PCB design.PlusExperience with real-time or safety-critical systems;Bare-metal or RTOS-based development and testing;Knowledge of communication systems (TCP / IP, UDP, FTP);Experience with file systems, custom boards, or validation tools;Basic knowledge of avionics standards and protocols: DO-178C, ARINC ******* Mil-3, CAN bus.The ideal candidate is proactive, with a good command of the English language.Has a strong team-oriented mindset, attention to detail when following project specifications and is goal-oriented whilst respecting deadlines.Education: Bachelor's Degree and / or Master's Degree in a STEM field.Why choose TXT GroupCareer opportunities in a fast-growing and profoundly changing company, with young and international staffTraining on topics related to the activity carried outCorporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare, Ticket Restaurant, discounts as an employee of the group)Team Building moments that allow the creation of a cohesive team and a good working climateInternship opportunities for insertion purposes or permanent contract, based on the technical skills emerged from the interviewPosition open to candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative DecreeThe company promotes equal opportunities and values diversity in all its forms.#J-*****-Ljbffr
