Ship RepairSouthern Italy€40,000 – €50,000 gross per year (DOE)EU Passport RequiredA well-established marine company operating within the ship repair and maintenance sector is seeking an experienced Ship Repair Manager to oversee and deliver drydock and afloat repair projects.This role is based in a key ship repair region in Southern Italy, home to multiple yards, subcontractors, and marine service providers, offering long-term stability and project variety.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall management of ship repair projects from arrival to re-deliveryPlanning, coordination, and supervision of repair works (hull, mechanical, electrical)Managing production schedules, manpower, and subcontractorsActing as the main point of contact between owners, superintendents, class, and yard teamsEnsuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standardsMonitoring HSE compliance and shipyard proceduresReviewing technical specifications, variations, and additional worksReporting project progress to senior managementRequirementsProven experience in ship repair yard operations or refit projectsStrong technical understanding of marine repair processesExperience managing multiple trades and subcontractorsEU passport or unrestricted right to work in ItalyStrong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced shipyard environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
