Join to apply for the IT Strategy Consultant role at Kyndryl.At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage, and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day.We are always moving forward—pushing ourselves to build a more equitable and inclusive world for employees, customers, and communities.The RoleAs an IT Strategy Consultant, you will take on a ground-floor opportunity and deliver value to customers by applying domain, technology, and industry expertise and consulting techniques.You will work on large, fast-track infrastructure projects and play a lead role in strategic decision-making, defining sourcing strategies, and selecting providers that align with our customers' IT and automation strategies.You will guide customers in adopting both cloud and non-cloud technologies, advise on options, prioritize use cases, conduct ROI and business-case analyses, and incorporate security and resiliency into future-state designs.You will eventually become a trusted consultant, manage multiple technical components, develop intellectual property, lead teams of consultants and architects, and capture lessons learned to improve methodologies.Who You Are – Required Skills and ExperienceConsulting methodologies and approachKnowledge of major cloud technologies (virtualization, containers, networking, etc.) across multiple cloud platformsExperience in at least three domains such as cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT, or cloud governance modelsData modeling and analytical experience using tools such as Excel or TableauStrong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesIssue-based analysis skills to develop structured conclusions, recommendations, and roadmapsKnowledge of IT operating models and process frameworksAbility to lead/facilitate workshops and interviews with excellent presentation skillsUnderstanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum constructs to identify inefficiencies and optimize IT or cloud implementationsPreferred Skills and ExperienceConsulting experience with a Big-4 IT professional services firm or similar background focused on IT strategy enablementMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in IT and/or cloud technology architecture, service management, or resiliencyITSM and ITIL or COBIT certificationHyperscaler certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)Business-case skills, ROI, and TCO analysis for validating IT strategyExperience leading workshops and interviews for discovery and assessment engagementsDiversity and InclusionWe welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks help create a workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.What You Can ExpectWith state-of-the-art resources and Fortune 100 clients, you'll innovate, build new capabilities, and become part of a supportive environment that offers learning programs, flexible benefits, volunteering opportunities, and more.Get ReferredIf you know someone at Kyndryl, select "Employee Referral" when asked "How Did You Hear About Us" and enter the contact's Kyndryl email address.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
