La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, su incarico di un'importante azienda cliente della provincia di Padova, settore automotive, è alla ricerca di un/a: CUSTOMS & LOGISTICS EXPERT La persona sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento Logistica e avrà la responsabilità della gestione delle attività doganali, a diretto riporto del Logistics Manager.Nello specifico si occuperà di: Gestione operativa delle attività doganali import/export, con focus su flussi da/verso Cina, India ed Europa; Interfaccia quotidiana con fornitori esteri e spedizionieri per la risoluzione di problematiche doganali; Collabora con la Funzione Purchasing per definire i tempi di consegna da parte dei fornitori e per eventuali segnalazioni rispetto alle priorità coordinando anche eventuali solleciti (expediting); Monitoraggio delle spedizioni internazionali e gestione documentazione doganale (bolle, EUR1, certificati, ecc.); Collaborazione con i reparti acquisti, logistica, produzione e finance per garantire la corretta movimentazione delle merci; Supporto nell'ottimizzazione dei processi logistici internazionali.Nello specifico, in candidato ideale ha maturato le seguenti caratteristiche: Diploma tecnico o Laurea in ambito economico/tecnico/gestionale; Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in società di trasporti o spedizioni (in alternativa in aziende manifatturiere strutturate con flussi logistici complessi); Conoscenza delle pratiche doganali internazionali, in particolare verso Cina e India; Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (minimo B2); Preferibile buona conoscenza di SAP o di altri gestionali ERP per la gestione di ordini e materiali; Ottima padronanza del pacchetto office, in particolar modo di excel; Capacità di problem solving, precisione e attitudine al lavoro in team; Orientamento alla crescita professionale ed entusiasmo.Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.Sede dell'azienda: Padova.Ai sensi della normativa vigente l'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta a entrambi i sessi (L. ******).I dati saranno trattati e conservati esclusivamente per finalità di selezione presenti e future, garantendo i diritti di cui al Reg.
