Cartier - Sales Associate/Maternity CoverFixed TermAs an Ambassador of the Maison, we are looking for aSales Associate(Maternity Cover) for ourFirenze Boutique.He/she will ensure a unique client experience before, during, and after a sale, and proactively develop client portfolio.Also, participate in the daily boutique operations.How will you make an impact?You will:Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale.Master perfectly the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop).Adapt according to client(s) needs and motivations.Strive to always improve and surprise the client(s).Deal with ease during negotiations and objections.Transmit the passion and values of the Maison.Act as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After Sales.Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.Efficiently develop the client portfolio.Execute targeted CRM actions.Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison.Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures.Participate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.Assist with special projects when requested.How will you experience success with us?We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the hospitality sector or in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well as strong attention to detail and customer needs.A Team-Player approach and fluency in English and Italian are essential.What makes our group different?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the riche diversity of our arts, cultures and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty and solidarityWe foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility and integrityWe care for the world we live inYour journey with us:During the interview process, you will have the opportunity to meet the Talent Acquisition and HR Team and the Boutique Manager.Learn more about life at Richemont and our maisons below:#J-*****-Ljbffr
