We prioritizehuman relationships and intellectual freedom, aiming to build a company withhigh talent density, inspired by the"no rules rules"culture.Role DescriptionAs aGrant & Operations Officer, you will have a hybrid role that combinesstrategic support in funding and project managementwithhands-on operational coordination. You will help secure and manage public grants, streamline administrative processes, and take care of day-to-day operations to keep the company running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and capable of taking ownership — someone who canmake things happenand help the CEO stay focused on growth and innovation.Main ResponsibilitiesFunding & AdministrationIdentify and manage funding opportunities (EU, national, and regional programs such as Horizon Europe, PNRR, POR, etc.)Draft and submit grant proposals, business plans, and project documentationManage administrative and financial reporting: contracts, expense tracking, compliance, and timelinesInterface with partners, consultants, and funding bodiesOperations & Executive SupportHandle operational activities such as travel organization, flight and hotel bookings, and logistics for the teamManage company bureaucracy: medical checks, contracts, renewals, suppliers, and document filingSupport the CEO in daily operations and communicationsCoordinate small internal projects and ensure smooth company workflowsBe the go-to person for "getting things done" efficiently and autonomouslyQualificationsMaster's degree inEconomics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines2–3 years of experience inproject management, fundraising, administration, or operationswithin startups or consulting firmsStrong knowledge ofpublic funding frameworks(EU, national, regional)Excellentorganizational and problem-solvingskills, attention to detail, and discretionFluency inItalian and English, both written and spokenConfident with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and online platformsSelf-starter mindset, comfortable working in flexible and fast-changing environmentsWhat we offerContract:permanent position or freelance collaboration, depending on profileLocation:hybrid (Cagliari) - No REMOTEWork environment:flexible, humane, and trust-based (no rules rules)Autonomy:direct collaboration with the CEO, real decision-making freedomContinuous learning:access to training on funding, operations, and managementCareer growth:evolve towardOperations ManagerorChief of StaffrolePerks:birthday day off, food voucher, on-campus kindergarten
