Pubblicato il 14/11/2025Interessante opportunità professionale settore investimentiSede RomaAziendaAn international, fast-growing firm operating in the investment and strategic consulting sector, with a strong focus on growth initiatives and business development.A leading global Private Equity fund managing approximately €7 billion, specializing in leveraged buyouts and committed to sustainable growth and long-term value creation.OffertaThe Analyst will join the Strategic Support Team and assist senior colleagues in market analysis, deal origination, commercial due diligence, and operational support for portfolio companies' development projects.The role offers direct exposure to international environments, frequent travel, and interaction with cross-functional teams, external advisors, and corporate stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Support market analysis and sector research to identify investment opportunitiesAssist in preparing presentation materials and investment memosParticipate in calls with industry experts and advisors to gather insightsSupport commercial due diligence activitiesContribute to organizing meetings and board sessions for portfolio companiesMonitor market trends and update internal databasesCompetenze ed esperienzaMaster's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields from a top-tier universityAt least 1 year of prior experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or similar environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFluent in English; knowledge of a second European language is a plusProactive, curious, and team-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel internationallyCompleta l'offertaGross Annual Salary (RAL): €40,000 - €45,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Bonus: Performance-based annual bonusBenefits:Health insurance coverageMeal vouchersCompany laptop and mobile phoneProfessional development and training programsOther Perks:Flexible working arrangementsInternational travel opportunitiesExposure to high-profile projects and global teamsJob refJN-**************
