DescrizionePer primari clienti leader nel settoreInsurance, entrerai a far parte del team di Milano e lavorerai su progettualità nell'ambito del ramo vita.In particolare, sarai coinvolto in diverse tipologie di progettualità - all'interno della practice Actuarial Services, tra cui:Finance Transformation, anche legata all'implementazione del principio IFRS 17Capital Management e Solvency II (ad esempio Internal Model review e/o application, Capital optimization)Mergers & Acquisitions: supporto in attività di due diligence sia buy side che sell sideTechnology change & Analytics: sviluppo di piattaforma attuariali, processi di automation, anche mediante l'uso di Intelligenza Artificiale e Machine LearningTraditional reporting e supporto in attività di auditAziendaPer società di consulenza leader nel settore assicurativo, Jefferson Wells è alla ricerca di profili attuariale con focus ramo Vita.RequisitiAlmeno 2 anni di esperienza all'interno di Compagnie Assicurative, società di consulenza o studi attuariali, dove hai operato su progettualità in ambito non-life, nei temi di reserving e/o pricing; Buona familiarità con letematiche Solvency II; Laurea specialistica in Scienze Statistiche e Attuariali o affini.L'iscrizione all'Albo degli attuari sarà considerato un plus, ma non costituisce un requisito indispensabile; Buona conoscenza di alcuni dei principali linguaggi di programmazione (R, Matlab, VBA, Python); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un'esperienza all'estero.Mettiamo a disposizione manager e consulenti altamente qualificati, con esperienza in tutti i principali settori industriali.Jeffersonwells è parte del Gruppo Manpower e riconosciuta tra le "World's most ethical companies."
