The Company KIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Global Category Senior Specialist to join KIKO MILANO's Category Team, reporting to the Global Category Management Director.Such talent will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's Wholesale business while supporting category performance analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.This role combines commercial execution, analytical rigor, and deep knowledge of the global beauty market, enabling the brand to optimize assortments, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights to top management.The ideal candidate has experience in Wholesale, category management, and performance analysis, with the ability to translate global market trends and product knowledge into strategic recommendations that drive business growth.In particular, you will:- Uphold and champion a growth-minded, collaborative, and disruptive approach that leverages insights, KPIs and culture to drive sustainable results.- Leverage a balance of category expertise and make up-culture obsession to monitor and analyze category, brand, and competitive performance within the region, leveraging a rich combination of industry insights across product, consumer, macro societal trends to inform strategy and optimize performance.- Conduct competitive analysis and track market shifts to identify white-space opportunities and new business potential.- Deeply understand products and global market trends to produce reports identifying white space opportunities and category growth potential.- Analyze performance of categories, sub-categories, and SKUs to identify growth opportunities, white spaces, and potential risks.- Prepare dashboards and presentations for Top Management, highlighting business performance, trends, and recommendations for portfolio optimization.- Support channel-specific assortment planning, tailoring the portfolio for different retail partners and regional area.- Collaborate with Regional Commercial Teams to ensure consistent brand representation across markets.- Work closely with Trade marketing to help building gondola structure and merchandizing based on retailer country and assortment- Work closely with Product Marketing, Trade, Local marketing Offices and Finance to align on assortment strategies and budgets.- Contribute to go-to-market planning for launches and promotions, ensuring insights are reflected in wholesale strategies.What you will need to succeed- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.- Solid understanding of the beauty and retail industry, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and key commercial levers.Profiles that have not experience in- Good knowledge of marketing and category management principles, performance analysis, and economic/market data interpretation.- Experience in Wholesale, Category Management, or commercial performance roles, ideally within an international environment.- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.- Ability to conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify white-space opportunities and growth drivers.- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.- Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems is considered an advantage.- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.We would love if you had- Excellent project management and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Trade, Local Markets, Finance)- Passion for the beauty industry, curiosity for emerging trends, and a growth-oriented, insights-driven approachKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.Tutte le posizioni aperte in KIKO sono rivolte anche ai candidati appartenenti alle Categorie Protette l.*****.I dati verranno trattati esclusivamente ai fini di Ricerca del Personale.Leggi l'informativa privacy riportata al link
