You will be a strategic focal point for the development and management of SAP processes, supporting the production of land vehicles in a highly complex and evolving environment. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial processes and the ability to work on multiple fronts, from demand management to project Quality Assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Process Management:Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end ERP processes, coveringproject-based manufacturing, make-to-stock, make-to-order, engineering-to-order, and spare parts production.Integration and Connectivity:Manage integrations between different SAP landscapes (Italy, Europe, Latin America) and external platforms, such assupplier portals, factory systems (MES and WMS), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) analytics platforms.IT Lifecycle Management:Govern the entire IT service lifecycle for your areas of expertise, fromdemand and project managementtoQuality Assuranceand thegovernance of application maintenance.Technical Collaboration:Work closely with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with platforms likeMicrosoft Dynamics 365and other business applications, providing cohesive and high-performing solutions.Qualifications & SkillsProfessional Experience:Proven experience as an ERP specialist with a solid knowledge ofSAP modulesrelated to manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes.ERP Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularlySAP, with strong expertise inSAP MM, SD, PP, and WM modules. Knowledge of other ERPs likeOracle ERP CloudorMicrosoft Dynamics 365is a plus.Project Management:Proven experience in managing IT projects.Language Skills:Fluency in bothItalian and English. Knowledge ofGermanorPortugueseis a plus.Soft SkillsCustomer-Oriented:A service-oriented approach and the ability to communicate at all levels across the company.Teamwork:A proactive attitude towards teamwork within an international and distributed network.Agility and Decisiveness:The ability to keep things simple and act quickly and decisively.Growth and Adaptability:A continuous learning mindset and the ability to introduce change and lead IT transformation projects.Emotional Intelligence:Strong integrity, professional ethics, and emotional intelligence.
