Marketing & Communications ExecutiveArmani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for Content & Communications Specialist ad to join our Sales & Marketing Department.Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager.We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills.Principal Accountabilities:Support the Marketing and Communication Manager in promoting the hotel and outlets through all available channels based on strategySupport the Marketing and Communication Manager in the creation of hotel promotions, initiatives and similar and in their communications through proprietary B2C and B2B touchpoints (Inroom iPad, Website, newsletter, social media)Support the Marketing and Communication Manager with marketing and communication opportunities and collaborations, and influencer collaboration inquiriesSupervising photo & video shootings (for digital contents)Assist the Marketing and Communication Manager in maximizing the hotel media coverageAssist with distributing press releases and maintain the press/media database, with national and international contactsMonitor direct competitors and trendsCreate on monthly basis dedicated reports and presentationsQualifications and Experience Required:Degree in marketing, communications or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role, at least 2/3 years (background in a communication and creative agency is a plus)Excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenFluency in Italian and English.Preferred knowledge of a third language.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and energeticHighly responsive and able to follow-up on projects and communication in a timely mannerOutstanding attention to detailUnderstanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing) with excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, social media)Tools knowledge: InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, WordPressStrong creative attitude prone to aesthetics and content creation.Additional InformationOther advantages: Meals in our staff canteen; uniform and laundry service; tailored training programs; company discounts on Armani shops; corporate benefits App.Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Europe.#J-*****-Ljbffr
