Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroSunset Hospitality Group è un gruppo multinazionale leader nel lifestyle hospitality, con un ampio portafoglio che comprende Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers e molto altro.SHG opera su oltre 81 venues in 25 paesi, con un impegno a offrire esperienze di hospitality autentiche & diversificate che uniscono le persone in tutto il mondo.Finance Manager – Restaurants (F&B)Sunset Hospitality Group sta cercando un Finance Manager altamente motivato e con esperienza per supervisionare le operazioni finanziarie delle entità Restaurants (F&B) in Europa, Turchia e Nord Africa.Il ruolo è basato a Milan e coinvolge la gestione del reporting finanziario, della consolidazione, della compliance fiscale e dell'analisi finanziaria strategica per multiple entità.Main responsibilitiesFinancial Oversight & BookkeepingManage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple F&B entities in the region.Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with local financial regulations.Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.Invoicing & follow up on SHG Fees.Intercompany confirmation.Tax Compliance & ReportingOversee preparation and submission of tax declarations across jurisdictions.Ensure compliance with all local and regional tax laws and regulations.Consolidation & Financial ReportingConsolidate financial results from various entities and prepare comprehensive reports.Provide timely, accurate financial reporting to: VP F&B Europe, Turkey, and North Africa – Finance Director F&B Europe, Turkey and North Africa – Corporate Finance Office in Dubai.Stakeholder CollaborationLiaise with operations teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.Partner with business units to provide financial insights for decision-making.Controls & Process ImprovementMaintain robust financial controls and implement process improvements.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.Qualifications and requirementsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.4+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally in the hospitality or F&B industry.Experience in managing finances across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions is a plus.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in relevant regions.Proficient in financial consolidation, reporting, and ERP systems.Languages:Fluent in English (required).Other languages as Italian and/or Spanish are a plus (preferred, but not mandatory).Personal Attributes:Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across cultures.Willingness to travel occasionally to regional venues.BenefitsCompetitive Salary.Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions.You can learn more about our company.#J-*****-Ljbffr
