ICS Maugeri, leader riconosciuto in ambito clinico e scientifico per la riabilitazione, la diagnosi e cura delle malattie professionali, presente sul territorio nazionale con 18 Istituti, 9 dei quali a Carattere Scientifico riconosciuti dal Ministero della Salute, 4 Poliambulatori e un centro di Ricerche Ambientali, dal **** Società Benefit con lo scopo di perseguire, oltre agli obiettivi economici, finalità di beneficio comune e operare in modo responsabile, sostenibile e trasparente, è alla ricerca di :Operations & Business Manager – Settore SanitàSedeMilanoContrattoTempo indeterminatoDescrizione del ruoloRicerchiamo un Operations & Business Manager per la gestione e lo sviluppo dei poliambulatori e dei progetti strategici.La figura avrà la gestione operativa e il coordinamento delle attività ambulatoriali e la supervisione dei processi in linea con gli obiettivi di budget e qualità.Responsabilità principaliReclutamento professionisti sanitari;Sviluppo del business: proposte di nuovi servizi ambulatoriali e prodotti;Pianificazione e ottimizzazione dei processi operativi nel Poliambulatorio;Monitoraggio KPI, analisi dei dati e produzione di reportistica;Coordinamento dei servizi al paziente e del personale customer;Gestione interna della compliance normativa (privacy, sicurezza, ambiente);Collaborazione con il Direttore per definizione e attuazione delle strategie.RequisitiLaurea in Economia, Management, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini;Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli di Operations Manager, Project Manager nel settore sanitario con preferenza specifica per attività in Poliambulatorio;Conoscenza delle normative sanitarie e dei processi di qualità;Ottima capacità di analisi, problem solving e gestione di team multidisciplinari;Conoscenza avanzata di Pacchetto Office e strumenti di project management.Soft SkillsLeadership e capacità di motivare i team;Orientamento al risultato e gestione del cambiamento;Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un gruppo leader nel settore sanitario.Opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto dinamico e innovativo.#J-*****-Ljbffr
