Milan - Italy # Web Product Analyst## Overview## Job descriptionPrima could be the place for you.Since ****, we've been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price.Our story began in Italy, where we've quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider.In fact, we're trusted by over 4 million drivers.And now we're expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.To help fuel that growth, we need **Product Analysts** to join our **Digital Engagement team**.Our **Digital Engagement** team aims to provide the best Customer experience possible across our websites, reserved area, and app.We also strive to produce scalable tools for our Marketing and Sales teams to better engage with our Customers.As part of this team, you'll help us turn user needs into seamless solutions – informed by our design, data and business strategy.From discovery to delivery, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers and business analysts to build solutions that are beautiful, functional and measurable.As a Product Analyst, you'll use data to improve product KPIs and enhance both customer experience and business results.You'll work cross-functionally to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions.What you'll do:- Own and structure data: map, query, and organize complex datasets to ensure reliable tracking and operational analysis.- Implement tracking plans for web and app measurements.- Define and track meaningful Product KPIs: implement metrics that reflect product effectiveness and customer impact.- Drive strategic decisions: run deep dives and exploratory analyses to assess product performance and inform prioritisation.- Identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making in collaboration with teams like Business, Design and Product.- Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau to monitor performance of the metrics that matter, as well as the impact of initiatives to enable deeper analysis.What we're looking for:- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.- Analytical and product-minded: you dig into data with curiosity and rigour, always linking insights to customer and business impact.- Technically skilled: you write clean SQL, are confident working with large datasets.- From needs to data: you translate business questions into measurable KPIs, defining and implementing tracking plans via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Firebase.You collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure robust data collection.- Familiarity with Server side tracking.- Data visualisation skills: you build clear, effective dashboards and reporting flows (we use Tableau).- Experienced and adaptable: you bring 1–3 years in data or product analytics, ideally in digital, customer-facing settings.- Proactive communicator: you take initiative, collaborate across teams, and communicate insights with clarity.- Proficient English level for global meetings.Nice-to-Have:- Previous experience in insurance, tech, or other regulated environments.- Basic-to-intermediate Python skills are a plus.- Familiarity with Voice of Customer and survey management tools (e.g., Medallia, Hotjar, or similar).- Experience with APIs and data automation for integrating analytics tools or automating recurring reports.**Why you'll love it here:**We want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.So if you decide to join us, you can expect plenty of perks.**Work Your Way:** Enjoy full flexibility – work from home, the office or a mix of both.Plus, work from anywhere for up to 30 days a year.**Grow with us:** We may move fast at Prima, but we move together.Get access to learning resources, mentorship and a growth plan tailored to you.**Thrive and perform:** Your best work begins when you feel your best.Enjoy private healthcare, gym discounts, wellbeing programs and mental health support.**Apply now**.At Prima, we celebrate uniqueness.If you don't meet every requirement but are passionate about this role, we still want to hear from you.Innovation thrives on diverse perspectives.Location: Milan - ItalyDepartment: Product DevelopmentJob function: ProductEmployment: Permanent Employment#J-*****-Ljbffr
