We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex technical initiatives in a GCP environment.This role sits within the Delivery Management domain and is ideal for someone who combines deep program leadership capabilities with strong technical awareness, particularly in cloud and data-driven environments.You will oversee the successful execution of multi-stream projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.A strong understanding of both Agile and traditional delivery models is essential, as well residence in Milan area as on-site.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program delivery of cloud-based initiatives on Google Cloud Platform, managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.Engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Apply best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting the delivery model based on project context.Ensure effective risk management, resource planning, and issue resolution.Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment.Manage and track project KPIs, producing high-quality documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders.Collaborate with technical teams on projects involving data analytics, Neo4j graph databases, and application modernization.Requirements8+ years of experience in IT project or program management.3+ years managing cloud-native projects on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of project management frameworks; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Good command of English (spoken and written) and fluent ItalianNice to HaveGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Project Manager certification.Background in consulting or professional services environments.Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager).Experience managing data analytics, ML, or application modernization projects on GCP.We offerFully remote work with flexible working hours - EMEA Timezone.Long-term collaboration on B2B contract.Opportunity to work on complex cloud projects for international clients.Professional growth in a highly skilled and supportive team.Collaborative and open working culture.Don't miss out on tailored opportunitiesWe have many ongoing recruitments, and new projects are constantly coming in.By giving your consent to process your data for future recruitment processes , we'll be able to invite you to roles that match your experience and expectationsPS : We'll only reach out to you when we have projects that might genuinely interest you — without your consent, we won't be able to do that.Our recruitment process is transparent and focused on finding the right candidate for our clients.When you apply, you can count on our objectivity, respect, and full professionalism.We look forward to receiving your CV.We connect you with the right people.#J-*****-Ljbffr
