Sales & Recruiter Coordinator presso PES EngineeringPES Group was founded in **** as an industrial engineering, construction, and maintenance company.Over the years, the company has successfully combined technical expertise in project development and service management at an international level, mainly in the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy (Geothermal and Wind), Petrochemical, and Automotive sectors.Currently, PES Group has eight offices in Italy: its headquarters in Rosignano Solvay (LI), Livorno, San Donato Milanese, Florence, Rome, Bari, Vibo Marina (VV), and Gela.It also has a presence in three countries abroad (the United Kingdom, Romania, and Aue).Join us on a unique journey where you can be part of a team working on exciting projects with a strong focus on innovation and technological development.If you share our passion for technological challenges and are ready to develop your skills to tackle tomorrow's projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.Position OverviewThe Subsea Controls Engineer is responsible for the engineering, integration, verification, and operational readiness of subsea control systems supporting shallow-water subsea pipelines, manifolds, valves, and associated structures.The role focuses on instrumentation, system logic, interface engineering, and implementation of the field operational philosophy.Subsea Controls & Instrumentation EngineeringDevelop and review specifications for topside subsea control system (i.e. HPU, TUTU, EJB, EPU, MCS), subsea control system (i.e SCM, Flying leads, Actuated valves, Electrical and Hydaulic Flying leads) and related instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flowmeters, valve sensors).Ensure proper integration of instrumentation with SCMs and MCS.Oversee design of subsea electrical/hydraulic control circuits related to controls and instrumentation including Umbilical and Subsea Control system network.Control System Design & Functional LogicDefine control narratives, functional logic diagrams, and cause-and-effect matrices.Verify communication protocols (Modbus, CANbus, Ethernet, fiber optics).Ensure compliance with API 17F, API 17O, ISO *******.Implementation of Operational PhilosophyTranslate operation philosophy into control strategies (startup/shutdown, ESD logic, pigging, CI control).Design control modes (auto, manual, remote, local).Ensure procedures support safe operability and maintainability.Interface & Integration EngineeringCoordinate with pipeline, umbilical, topside ICSS, and vendor teams.Manage technical interface registers.Ensure alignment of controls and instrumentation before FAT/SIT.Prepare and review FAT, EFAT, SIT, commissioning procedures.Witness SCM, MCS, instrumentation calibration, and loop testing.Support offshore commissioning and system energization.Operational Assurance & TroubleshootingSupport onshore/offshore operations.Review instrumentation diagnostics and condition monitoring data.Troubleshoot instrument and control logic issues.Strong subsea instrumentation knowledge.Expertise in SCM, MCS, HPU, CI lines, and ESD logic.Ability to translate operational philosophy into field-ready controls.Skilled in P&IDs, I/O lists, C&E charts, logic diagrams.Offshore commissioning and SIT experience (preferred).Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeIndustriesOil and GasReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at PES Group by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
