OverviewAt Exein, our mission is to build the world's first ecosystem for IoT device security, ensuring all types of devices are secure globally.Our dynamic team is passionate about data, machine learning, open source, and firmware.We constantly work to secure millions of devices, making daily life safer for everyone.Our unique products empower developers to secure their IoT devices with cutting-edge technology in an easy and frictionless way.Job Overview:We are looking for a strategic and cross-functional Operations Lead, a key figure who will have a direct impact on the development and growth of our business.This is a high-visibility leadership role, requiring daily interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.You will oversee end-to-end operational execution, with responsibilities spanning commercial performance, financial ownership, and process optimization.You will also manage the integration and orchestration of core systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and HubSpot, ensuring they work cohesively to support scale.The position reports directly to the CFO and will work in close collaboration with the CTO and CCO.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Commercial Operations Management– Lead the full lead-to-cash cycle, from customer acquisition to invoicing, coordinating Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Finance.Partner with the CFO on revenue planning and financial analysis.System Integration and Architecture– Own the integration and connectivity between Salesforce, Oracle ERP, PRM, HubSpot, and CLM systems.Design and implement scalable, automated workflows to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy.Contract Lifecycle Management Automation– Implement an integrated CLM system for contract creation, approval, and storage.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure compliance and speed in contractual processes.Sales and Marketing Optimization– Oversee forecasting, sales territory planning, and target setting.Ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales funnels and analyze partner/channel performance.Technical Delivery and Finance Alignment– Serve as the operational bridge between technical delivery and revenue recognition in Oracle.Track onboarding and activation milestones to ensure timely and accurate billing.Strategic Analysis and Reporting– Develop executive dashboards and lead QBRs with company leadership.Deliver insights that improve efficiency, growth, and operational performance.Requirements7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations, preferably within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or IoT sectors.Proven experience managing and integrating complex system architectures (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, PRM, HubSpot, CLM).Strong track record of reporting directly to Finance or CFO functions, with in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition and financial controls.Deep understanding of the end-to-end lead-to-cash cycle, including contract processes and delivery milestones.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Legal.Why Join Us?You'll be the architect of operations at Exein, ensuring every system, process, and contract driving revenue operates in sync.This is a rare opportunity to design the commercial backbone of a fast-growing, globally recognized cybersecurity leader.Work closely with the CFO, CCO, and CTO to align financial discipline, commercial excellence, and technical delivery under a unified operating model.Join us to help secure the world's connected future — and build the systems that will make it scalable.English proficiency will be tested during the interview.#J-*****-Ljbffr
