Treasury Support Specialist | Part-time contractNeopharmed Gentili SpA, an Italian pharmaceutical company undergoing international expansion, is looking for a Treasury Support Specialist with part-time contract.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist on managing and updating cash flow forecast;Handling and updating daily cash flow actual;Handling cash operations and banking transactions, including recording financial movements in the company ERP;Oversee the daily cash flow movements to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays;Handling requests to/from the bank;Undertake day to day treasury operations including bank account management, mandates, online banking and annual KYC review;Assist in the timely collection and submission of documentation requested by internal and external auditors;Provide support to remote banking users;Handling Corporate Credit Cards (new requests; cancellations; monthly corporate cards statements);Bank reconciliations;Liaising with key internal stakeholders to support the monthly close processes;Other projects and duties as assigned and deemed necessary.Experience and QualificationsDiploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;Minimum 2 years of experiencein a Treasury Department;Proficiency in English is a must;Experience with multi-currency transactions;Keen eye for detail, analytical with a questioning mindset and openness to process improvements;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Experienced in Microsoft Office, SAP and Remote Banking Systems.What we offerEmployment type: permanentpart-time contract,six hours a day;Smart Working:one daya week;Corporate Welfare.Availability of insertion: immediately.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Neopharmed Gentili S.P.A. by 2xGet notified about new Treasury Specialist jobs inMilan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
