Azienda Global leader in the production of industrial equipment.OffertaResponsibilities:- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization across SAP SD and FI modules.- Solution Design: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for the configuration and customizations of SAP solutions.- Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FI and SD modules including areas of sales orders processing, deliveries (transportation, handling and costs), billing (SD), and financial accounting, controlling and reporting (SD-FI).- Implementation: Lead the implementation solutions, managing project timelines and ensuring successful deployment.- Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the solution meets functional and business requirements.- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of FI and SD modules with other SAP components such as MM (Material Management), TMS (Transportation Management System), and other business applications.- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing functional and technical support to users and resolve issues within the SAP system.- Training & Documentation: Map, develop and deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve existing financial processes within SAP, identify areas for AI automation, and recommend best practices.Competenze ed esperienza- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international industrial group.- International exposure and experience with cross-border collaboration.- Team collaboration skills.- Can-do attitude and hands-on approach with high level of energy and initiative.- Ability to manage upwards and proactive attitude.- Willingness for 10% domestic and international business travel.Qualifications- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.- Relevant IT certifications with strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Private or Public Cloud).- Solid expertise in either SAP FI/CO (including Chart of Accounts) or SAP SD, with exposure to SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.- Business fluent English and Italian are requested; additional language skills are a plus.Role structure- Reporting to Group IT Applications Manager.- Responsibility to manage internal and external project teams of implementation partners.- Location: Milan with domestic and international business travel (10% of time).Benefits- Contratto a tempo indeterminato con un salario competitivo.- Buoni pasto per supportare le spese quotidiane.- Opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto innovativo.- Ambiente lavorativo collaborativo e orientato ai risultati.- Accesso a progetti stimolanti nel settore Industrial / Manufacturing.- Sede di lavoro: Milano o Firenze.Se sei interessato a questa opportunità come SAP Business Analyst, candidati oggi stesso#J-*****-Ljbffr
