Scope: Drive a standard, efficient and compliant delivery of global IT solutions in multiple business areas (R Ensure smooth operation processes, tech refresh of printers, PC's, mobile phones; Collaborate to the delivery a Tech Roadmap for site and drive site/business requirements into central planning and delivery through liaison with Tech Product Teams and Strategy/Portfolio leads; Implement Tech strategies at site(s) – operating model, strategic controls, governance, Tech strategies and has plans to move to strategic standards; Engage with site tiered accountability process and participate in Tech Performance Management processes.Site point of contact for Tech requests and escalations; Support the deployment of global applications (SAP, Documentum, Veeva, global Platforms including Labware, MES, Azure); Collaborate with global business partners to set project priorities and roll-out global applications locally; Develop the site's application continuity and support model; Implement and execute a continuous improvement program; Implement and execute a technology roadmap and a Digital data and Analytics agenda; Promote GSK available paperless solutions suite apps and dashboards).IT Risk Ensure all local IT activities are carried out in compliance with global IT standards and procedures; Provide audit support; Manage external resources; Reports to the Senior Mgr Tech Site Owner.Qualifications Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with a preference for exposure to manufacturing and quality process and application; Experience collaborating with global partners to the building and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (switch, AP's, cabling, servers, data centers); IT experience in operation processes, tech refresh of printers, PC's, mobile phones; Experience supporting IT Business applications, IT Risk Experience interacting with and influencing leaders across Sites/Businesses; Experience or knowledge of manufacturing environments with strong understanding of key principles Experience working effectively in an organization across geographies and cultures; Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions; Strong Customer service experience with good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation; Fluent level of English and Italian (both written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in pharmaceutical/biologicals GxP or other highly regulated environment;
