About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a background in Economics and/or Engineering Management to join our team as a Regional Business Operations Support.In this temporary role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting frameworks, as well as optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain performance reporting systems to track KPIs and operational metrics.- Development and implementation of global projects and initiatives related to company's digital platforms and tools.- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.- Prepare the monthly estimate in cooperation with the other key agents involved in the process- Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.- Support strategic planning through economic and operational analysis.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience.- Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.- Experience in compensation is a plus.- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.** Please submit your CV in English**
