OverviewJoin to apply for theSTAGE Learning&Transformation Consultantrole atRadical HR.L'aziendaRADICAL HRis an edtech consulting company focused on people transformation as a lever for change and growth.We work alongside CEOs, HR leaders and managers to trigger continuous learning processes and generate solutions that transform organisations into people-centred, growth-oriented environments.The roleWe are looking for a learning & transformation consultant in stage, for subsequent employment, who will work with client companies on people transformation and HR topics.The consultant is part of the team that delivers training and consulting projects: learning to identify needs, carrying out operational activities, participating in on-the-job training and teaching activities.Key responsibilitiesCollaborate with the Learning & Transformation team at RADICAL HR to understand client needs and support training and transformation projects.Collect client requirements and help draft proposals and projects.Participate in the design and delivery of learning and consulting projects for small-to-mid-size and large corporate clients.Organise training rooms, schedules, scout and manage experts and trainers.Support classroom teaching through facilitation methods.Manage online platforms and produce related content.Generate project progress reports.What we're looking forEducation in human resources, training or related fields.Excellent relational skills and professional standing.Passion for people and building vibrant professional relationships.Interest in HR and future-of-work topics.Curiosity, habit of reading and continuous learning.Flexibility, adaptability, rapid thinking and execution.Strong self-organisation skills.Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.What we offerInternship contract for 6 months, with a monthly travel expense reimbursement of €800 and the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.How we workWe are a remote-first company, with the main office in Milan's Future of Work House and a second office in Rome.This position is based in Milan.If you feel you are the right person to join RADICAL HR, we look forward to your application#J-*****-Ljbffr
