Sisecam was founded in ****to establish Turkey's glass industry in line with the vision of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, a great leader respected worldwide.Today, Sisecam is a major global player in the fields of glass and chemicals.Sisecam is the only global company operating in all core areas of glass production – including flat glass, glassware, glass packaging, and glass fiber.Currently, Sisecam ranks among the world's top two manufacturers of glassware and the top five producers of glass packaging and flat glass.Sisecam is one of the three largest soda ash producers in the world and the world leader in chromium chemicals.Sisecam plays a leading role in the flat glass, glassware, glass packaging, chemicals, automotive, glass fiber, mining, energy and recycling business lines.Sisecam operates production facilities in Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Russian Federation, Georgia, Ukraine, Egypt, India, and the USA in addition to Turkey.We are looking for aQuality Managerto take part in Sisecam Flat Glass South Italy located in Manfredonia, Apulia.The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in glass industryStrong knowledge of customer complaint resolving process, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in managing quality processes across production plants and coordinating with cross-functional teamsAbility to present complex technical matters in a clear and effective wayExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsJOB DESCRIPTIONSupporting the Regional Quality Manager in leading and managing quality operations within the assigned product group to ensure alignment with the company's vision, strategy, and strategic planManaging quality issues, non-conformities, and returns in coordination with regional execution teams and plant quality engineering departmentsCollecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data; providing guidance on quality methods and standards used in plant operationsMonitoring product and process quality performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actionsConducting root cause analyses for quality issues and implementing preventive measures across products, processes, and regionsLeading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiencyEnsuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the value chainSupporting the development and implementation of quality training programs and best practice sharing across sitesSeniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality Assurance and ProductionIndustriesGlass, Ceramics and Concrete Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
