Siamo una Sportech startup in rapida crescita, con la più grande community di appassionati di calcio (5 milioni di fan).La nostra missione è semplice: rendere il calcio più accessibile .Per farlo, stiamo costruendo la prima piattaforma di cashback e reward per i tifosi di calcio che permette di guadagnare denaro e premi attraverso i propri acquisti quotidiani, completando attività e sondaggi.Risparmi che possono essere utilizzati per ridurre il costo di accesso al calcio: dai biglietti per le partite e le maglie ufficiali, fino agli abbonamenti ai servizi di streaming e molto altro.Ora stiamo cercando un Social Media Marketing Manager creativo e orientato ai dati per far crescere la nostra presenza e il nostro engagement su tutte le piattaforme, portando la passione per il calcio a milioni di persone.#Farai parte del team Product & Marketing, concentrandoti su:Costruire brand awareness e coinvolgimento della community sui canali socialProgettare ed eseguire campagne social data-driven (A/B test, esperimenti di funnel, loop di viralità)Analizzare i risultati delle campagne e trasformare gli insight in miglioramenti concretiSegmentare la nostra fanbase e sviluppare funnel di comunicazione personalizzatiProdurre contenuti visivi e testuali per i social media e le campagne di retentionCollaborare con i team di prodotto, design e growth per garantire messaggi coerenti e un'esperienza utente uniforme#3–6 anni di esperienza in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing~ Eccellenti capacità di copywriting e storytelling per canali social e lifecycle~ Fluente in inglese e italiano~ Background in marketing sportivo, psicologia comportamentale o UXFamiliarità con strumenti di intelligenza artificiale per il marketing (Chat GPT, Midjourney, Auto GPT, ecc.)#Budget sperimentale per testare campagne creative e strategie di crescitaUna cultura di team dinamica, agile e orientata alla sperimentazione#
