In order to create a new project linked to oncology therapy area, IQVIA is looking for Territory Sales Specialist who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.Role Purpose:To maximize sales within a specified geographical territory, consistent with our strategy and objectives.Work as a product sales specialist within the oncology therapy area, developing Key Opinion Leaders and key customers to increase and maintain the use of the oncology portfolio for advanced or metastatic melanoma, lung cancer and breast cancer treatment.Develop awareness and understanding of these products, creating an environment for its use as and when appropriate.Be conversant with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industrys Code of Practice and all relevant IQVIA and our customers internal standard operating procedures.Act as a role model in the national team, championing IQVIAs and our customers values and developing a winning spirit within the region (Italy).Working area:Veneto OrientaleFVGAccountabilities:Maintain a professional and ethical imageDeliver high-quality sales interactions, driving clinical practice changesManage multiple communication channels (e.g., remote calls, emails)Complete reports accurately and timelyAchieve sales targetsMeet sales/activity targets set by leadershipCreate and execute account plans to enhance advocacy and patient accessUnderstand the multi-stakeholder environment and customer needsBuild and maintain key relationships for brand successUtilize resources effectively to promote productsCollaborate with support functions (e.g., Medical, MarketingAnalyze clinical and sales data to identify business opportunitiesAdhere to industry and company proceduresFollow the Pharmaceutical Industrys Code of Practice and local SOPsUphold IQVIAs professional imageQualifications:Degree in life sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology)Proven sales success in the pharmaceutical industryAbility to discuss scientific issues with KOLsUnderstanding of the Italian Health EconomyExcellent networking, communication, and presentation skillsStrong commercial and scientific acumenProficiency in managing multiple communication channelsComputer literate with CRM experienceNative Italian, ideally with conversational EnglishFrequent travel requiredDesirable:Experience in oncology therapy and biologicsKnowledge of therapy areas and competitor brandsExperience in Secondary Care settingsEstablished relationships with KOLs in oncologyWe offer:Starting with 1 year fixed-term contract - CCNL CommercioIncentive planIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.Applications WITHOUT the requirements Will NOT be fully taken into account.Please enter the authorization to the processing of personal data (DL********) - General Data Protection Regulation (13 GDPR ****** –).The research is urgent and is intended for candidates of both sexes (L.******).
