We are currently looking for a VP of Engineering, Institutional Trading in Bulgaria.This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a next-generation institutional trading platform. You will define the engineering roadmap, lead a high-performing team, and deliver multi-asset trading capabilities across equities, options, FX, futures, and derivatives. The position requires strong architectural judgment, execution discipline, and hands-on technical expertise to ensure high performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance in latency-sensitive systems. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across product, risk, operations, and finance to drive platform evolution, enabling sophisticated institutional trading use cases.
