Logistics Manager – Huber AgroSolutions Huber AgroSolutions is a global provider of plant nutrition and crop productivity solutions.Operating in over 90 countries, we bring together cutting-edge science, decades of experience, and industry-leading education to empower sustainable agricultural growth.Purpose of the JobWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations across the Huber AgroSolutions business in Europe.The ideal candidate will manage and execute the end-to-end supply chain process—including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution—and implement a state-of-the-art cloud-based TMS system (Oracle Transportation Management) fully integrated with our core ERP system and third-party partners.This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, change management experience, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesLogisticsManage and lead a team of logistics specialists to execute logistics operations; ensuring efficient movement of goods throughout Italy and the EUR and APAC regionsMonitor KPIs and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in cost, service levels, and lead timesNegotiate contracts, conduct performance reviews, and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and transport companiesEnsure compliance with Italian and EUR/APAC customs, import/export regulations, and environmental lawsImplement and manage logistics software systems, primarily Oracle Transportation Management, to enhance operational visibility and efficiencyCoordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply-chain executionContinuously review and improve logistics processes, emphasizing sustainability, scalability, and customer satisfactionWarehousingPlan and execute the transfer of inventory among the distribution network with input from the sales forecast, production planners, and commercial teamOptimize execution of the supply chain by balancing inventory, supply orders, and scheduled demandReconcile inventory in Oracle Fusion Cloud using cycle counts conducted by the 3PLs and conduct other investigations as neededOwn the relationship with the key points of contact at the 3PL partners and oversee the daily operations of the distribution network to ensure they are meeting established service levels and key metricsSupport efforts to disposition and dispose of aged and/or damaged inventoryKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply-chain management, preferably within an international or Italian-based companyStrong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and industry best practices; experience with Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle ERP is a plusFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsProven leadership abilities and experience managing teamsStrong understanding of European transport laws, customs regulations, and supply-chain dynamicsBias toward action and continuous improvementBenefits and Work EnvironmentReady to make an impact?We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive benefits, and the flexibility of a hybrid work model, all while empowering you with opportunities for professional development in a cross-cultural setting.#J-*****-Ljbffr
